We provide courier, parcel collection, and delivery services throughout Scotland, the wider UK.
All deliveries are carried out in accordance with these Terms and any service-specific information provided at the time of booking.
Booking and Payment
• All bookings must be made via our Website, email, or by phone.
• Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless a business account or alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
Delivery and Collection
• We will make reasonable efforts to collect and deliver parcels within agreed timeframes. However, delivery times are not guaranteed, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the collection and delivery addresses are accurate and that someone is available to hand over or receive the item.
• If no one is available at the delivery address, we may attempt re-delivery, leave the parcel in a safe place, or return it to the sender. Additional charges may apply.
Prohibited and Restricted Items
You must not send any items that are:
• Illegal or prohibited under UK or international law
• Hazardous materials (e.g. explosives, flammable liquids, toxic substances)
• Cash, precious metals, or valuable jewellery (unless agreed in writing)
• Perishable goods requiring temperature control
We reserve the right to open, inspect, or refuse carriage of any item that we suspect may breach these conditions.
Liability and Insurance
• Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the lower of the item’s actual value or the maximum compensation specified at the time of booking.
• We are not liable for loss or damage caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Poor packaging or labelling
• Circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, road closures, strikes)
• Additional insurance may be available upon request.
Customer Obligations
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information for each delivery
• Ensure goods are properly packaged and labelled
• Comply with all laws and regulations regarding the transport of goods
Failure to do so may result in refusal, delay, or cancellation of service.
Cancellations and Refunds
• Bookings may be cancelled prior to collection.
• Cancellations made after collection may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Website Use
By using our Website, you agree not to:
• Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to interfere with its functionality or security
• Copy or redistribute content without our written consent
